Atmospheric Fluidised Bed (AFBC) Boilers

These boilers are efficient, flexible with regards to fuels, easy to operate and maintain, and involve low initial and maintenance costs.

They comprise of membrane panels, studded inbed coils, watertube shell and economiser coils, all manufactured inhouse.

Operating capacities range from steam flow upto 100 tons/hour, pressures upto 76kg/cm2 and temperatures upto 540 deg C.

Waste Heat Recovery Boilers

North Technoprojects designs, manufactures and supplies Waste Heat Recovery boilers for various processes and applications such as sponge iron kilns, cement plants, refinery, chemical, oil & gas and other sectors.

These boilers utilise the waste heat generated in client operations to provide steam for process use or power.

Manufactured from carbon steel or chrome-molybdenum alloy steel tubes, all pressure part components undergo stringent inspection and certification by the Boiler Directorate of West Bengal or 3rd party inspection agencies.
